I’ve been loving having smoothies for breakfast lately, and I SWEAR I opened youtube to look for smoothie recipes and your video popped up on my home screen, and GIRLLLL these look amazingggg😍 I’m defined going to try all three of these, thanks<3 i really love how you keep all the recipes with healthy fats, carbs and protein, I really appreciate it.   2. 1. Blueberry Smoothie (280 – 380 cals)
    1 banana
    ⅓ of an avocado
    1 cup of frozen blueberries (or mixed berries)
    ½ cup of water
    Next: Optional.
    Pinch of cinnamon
    Pinch of ground vanilla powder
    One flat tablespoon of unsweetened almond butter
    Few ice cubes

    2. Chocolate Smoothie (200 – 300 cals)
    One banana
    ⅓ of an avocado
    2-4 teaspoons of cacao powder (raw and sweetened cocoa powder)
    ½ cup water
    Next: Optional
    1 tablespoon unsweetened macadamia nut butter
    Pinch cinnamon and vanilla powder
    100% pure maple syrup
    Ice cubes

    3. Banana-Yogurt Smoothie (200 – 300 cals)
    1 banana
    ⅔ cup coconut yogurt (or any yogurt; vanilla)
    ¼ cup water
    Next: Optional
    Pinch cinnamon and ground vanilla
    1 tablespoon natural unsweetened (creamy) peanut butter
    Ice cubes

  3. I tried the banana yogurt smoothie and gosh, I have no words to say other than it’s delicious! I’m definitely going to make this again, except next time I’m going to add less peanut butter, but it’s my fault that I put too much peanut butter in it. Don’t add a lot of peanut butter in it because it will take over the flavor of the smoothie, luckily I didn’t add THAT much, just a little bit too much peanut butter. Okay I’m probably gonna make this one a lot so I “might” stay updated.
